Proxy Caregiver Services:
Our proxy caregivers have received in-depth training and are legally authorized to provide a higher level of care than the usual personal care, companionship, and light housekeeping duties.
At Astin Home Care, our goal, through these particular services, is to embrace those who need a higher level of home care than usual, particularly in the areas of medication management and administration. To help improve patient outcomes, we work together with the client’s healthcare provider/s, family or representative, and 3rd party insurers.
If you or your loved ones wish is to enjoy the independence, dignity, and comfort of your home while still receiving support and care with both your non-medical and medical needs, give us a call now, and our skilled care coordinators will guide you from there.
Our services begin with the patient or family contacting us through a phone call or an email. Our contact details have been provided at the end of this page. But, you may also use our online contact form to leave us a message.
After this initial contact, our care coordinator sets up an in-home visit, where a registered nurse conducts a thorough assessment of the patient’s needs. This initial home visit is also an avenue for us to interact with the patient and the family as a whole and answer any questions they may have concerning the services and our agency.
